This privacy policy describes how CG Partners collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation EU 2016/679) and applicable Luxembourg law.

We collect the following personal data:
- Contact and quote request data: name, surname, email, phone, and any information submitted via our forms.
- Customer account data : login credentials, invoices, quotes, electronic quote signatures, communication history.
- Technical specifications : • Strictly necessary technical navigation data (see cookie policy).
We do not collect sensitive data and do not use your contact details for newsletters or marketing.

Your data is processed by CG Partners and is never sold to third parties.
It may be processed by our technical sub-processors, strictly as necessary:
- Hosting: CG Partners runs its own Odoo instance on infrastructure provided by CNL Europe SA (21, rue Jean Wolter, L-3544 Dudelange, Luxembourg). The servers are physically hosted in a data center located in Paris, France (Online.net). Your data is therefore stored within the European Union.
These sub-processors are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations compliant with the GDPR.
- Audience measurement: We use Google Analytics (provided by Google Ireland Ltd) to analyse our website traffic. This service places cookies and may transfer data to Google. This processing is only carried out with your consent, collected via our cookie banner. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
We retain your data:
- Unsuccessful contact/quote requests : 3 years from the last contact.
- Contractual and customer account data: duration of the business relationship, then legal archiving (accounting: 10 years in Luxembourg).
We store your data. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access, rectification, and erasure
- Right to Restriction of Processing and Right to Object to Processing
- Right to Data Portability
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time
- Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority
